The Muslim Religious Court sitting in the Hisbah Commission of Kano State has decided that some members of Daudu Hukunci, after they made a woman perform a hip breaking dance at the celebration of the father of their house, hisab kano magazine published on the social media page. The judge sentenced them to imprisonment for three months or the option of paying a fine of ten thousand naira each, along with whipping them ten times.
Acting Commander of Hisbah Commission of the State Dr. Mujahiddin Aminuddin Abubakar, stated that the commission will not be tired in stopping the activities of Badala, because the mission of the commission is to prevent bad deeds and encourage good deeds.
