A court has detained the woman who was caught having sex with an 8-year-old girl in 2023
The magistrate court in Kafanchan, Kaduna state has arrested a 36-year-old woman named Lois Iliya for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl.
Sibul Defense NSCDC officer Marcus Audu said they arrested Lois on September 13 after the girl’s mother Alice Daniel complained to their office.
Premium Times Hausa reported, Audu said that the girl’s mother said that Lois started having an affair with her daughter in May by luring the girl to her room.
“The mother said that Lois would put her fingers in the girl’s front and rub the girl’s breasts, which caused them to grow.”
“The girl’s mother said that she took her daughter to Salama Hospital where the doctors confirmed that her daughter was being molested.
Judge Samson Kwasu said that Lois will be imprisoned until the court completes consultation with the department that prosecutes such criminals in the state.
Kwasu said the trial will continue on October 6.
If Lois is arrested for homosexuality, she will be imprisoned for 21 years in the Kaso family.
